We will definitely stay at...

Liked: Coffee was excellent. We ordered coffee every morning via room service. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. Angel, who works outside, was extremely helpful. He followed up with us and remembered where we told him we planned to visit. He is valuable to your hotel! We also liked the bakery next door, Ole & Steen for breakfast items.

Overall, a good stay!

Liked: Grandeur, excellent facilities, ample breakfast choice, busy and visible particularly business community, close to many attractions. I was catered for an early check in by at least three hours.
Disliked: I'd like to see staff interaction more friendly and less formal.
