Liked: Excellent location, good facilities, extremely friendly and courteous staff - everywhere: at reception, at the bar, in the restaurant and in the housekeeping. Great view of the city and the old harbour.

Liked: Good value and good location. Great hotel for families with young children.
Disliked: I think slightly better attention paid by room service staff. We had a few dirty/used coffee cups left in our room from a previous guests.
