Disliked: was charged 4 times for my reservation For them to tell it didn't come out of my bank account in when it did. .call back another time. They even was going to let a person use my card on file cause I got him a o e nite room. Specifically told the lady my card only pays for one night. I want my $625 bucks back .

Clean. Cozy. Comfortable. Cheerful hotel...

Liked: Excellent location for an early morning flight. Free shuttle was added bonus . Staff and shuttle driver were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have more choices in the smaller restaurant. We wanted a casual meal wirh our grandson, but there was not much he was interested in except the hamburger.

A very comfortable and convenient...

Liked: The room was large, clean, well designed and decorated, with very comfortable beds. We had a view of the runway and it was fun to 'plane watch' the landings and take-offs. Even though the hotel is adjacent to the airport the room was quiet. We used the shuttle service, which was very quick. It stops immediately outside the doors from the terminal in a marked parking bay and there is a large hotel sign above so you can identify the correct shuttle bus quickly. The staff were cheerful and helpful. It is a 3 minute walk from the hotel to the car rental area, which is very convenient (or you can take the Shuttle).
Disliked: Unfortunately when we sat at a table for breakfast in the restaurant we were told we couldn't be served as the restaurant was full. I challenged this but the restaurant manager told me they hadn't expected this number of people, she didn't have enough staff and the wait for food was well over an hour. She suggested we use the coffee bar in the hotel Reception area. This was operated by a single person and service was very slow, especially as more guests were sent over from the restaurant, but she did her best and everyone was served eventually. I complained to the hotel as I had a room rate that included breakfast, and they deducted the costs of the coffee bar from my bill (which was appreciated but it was disappointing to have just coffee and a muffin and not the full breakfast served in the restaurant).
