Excellent location but very rude...

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location and within walking distance of all the tourist attraction spots. The rooms and the general hotel were very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Checked in, later that evening two different sets of hotel staff members at different times (10:00p:m onwards) tried to access the room and tell me that I wasn’t supposed to be in the room, went back down to reception and the evening manager confirmed that I checked in (with him) but then was checked out a few minutes later. Stated that I could not go back to the room and tried to blame the whole issue on me even though they admitted a few minutes earlier they stated they created the issue, no apologies given and was quite rude. Had to make a booking there and then again and pay again(all the monies balanced out) The whole conversation came across as if they they were doing me a favour and that I was to blame and that I had accessed the room when I should not have, my partner was understandable scared of staying on the room due to the staff trying to access it.The Hotel as a facility is great but that hotel staff member would stop me staying there again due do their manner and approach.

Liked: This is a very nice hotel. If you're looking for the premium hotel experience in a big city near the ocean this place is for you.
Disliked: There's nothing wrong with the hotel. The only problem we had was the traffic around the hotel which isn't the hotels fault.

Liked: Asked through booking.com for the double up grade for bay view room but got city view room it was confirmed by them that you did not inform them but I had it on email confirming it they only look after American citizens and other people don’t count I have had this before in the USA look after the home focks first screw the rest
