IHG Intercontinental at Miami -...

Liked: Almost everything. Great location, view from the room, the Intercontinental Club, breakfast spread, Happy Hours, adequate elevators to reduce wait time, et al. In other words, everything about this hotel is great
Disliked: Unable to find out anything that I disliked.

Liked: The room was excellent, everything about it, the size, the cleanliness.
Disliked: What I however questioned was when I was made to sign an invoice at the breakfast when my breakfast was prepaid. I found this to be inconveniencing. Surely the hotel should know who has prepaid and not instead of issuing breakfast invoices to everyone even when the breakfast is prepaid.
