Liked: The property was extremely secure as you had to use a room key card to operate floors in the elevator. Room had a magnificent view of the Miami port, and we were extremely grateful that eating venues were within walking distance. Room was very spacious, had everything you needed including high quality toiletries. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was clean.
Disliked: Pool area filled up quickly not leaving many chairs. We had some loud neighbors that woke us up in the middle of the night. We could also hear them throwing up in the morning which wasn’t too pleasant. Possibly due to our room having a locked joining door vs. a solid wall. Second night was much quieter.

Excellent location but very rude...

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location and within walking distance of all the tourist attraction spots. The rooms and the general hotel were very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Checked in, later that evening two different sets of hotel staff members at different times (10:00p:m onwards) tried to access the room and tell me that I wasn’t supposed to be in the room, went back down to reception and the evening manager confirmed that I checked in (with him) but then was checked out a few minutes later. Stated that I could not go back to the room and tried to blame the whole issue on me even though they admitted a few minutes earlier they stated they created the issue, no apologies given and was quite rude. Had to make a booking there and then again and pay again(all the monies balanced out) The whole conversation came across as if they they were doing me a favour and that I was to blame and that I had accessed the room when I should not have, my partner was understandable scared of staying on the room due to the staff trying to access it.The Hotel as a facility is great but that hotel staff member would stop me staying there again due do their manner and approach.
