Disliked: Self parking is a 10min walk to the hotel (15mins with luggage). We opted for valet parking which we paid $80 a night for. There was no parking out the front to valet park the car so we drove around and around in circles and eventually had to stop traffic to get out. Concierge were not managing the 3 spots out the front of the hotel for valet parking. When we wanted our vehicle, we were told we had to wait 30mins to get our vehicle which made us late to dinner. Our room was not cleaned, we had to call reception and ask before it was done. The pool was not heated when we were told it was and the spa was warm and not at temperature. We were not even asked how our stay was when we checked out. Just took our money and gave us poor service. This is not 5 stars, this was a 2 for us.
