The InterContinental was a good...

Liked: The room was clean and met my needs
Disliked: Check-in could have been smoother

Superb

Disappointing

Disliked: Rooms are very noisy, the guests next door had a party and despite security asking them to be quiet the noise continued. In the end we were transferred to a new room with one king bed (stayed with my husband and two kids) at midnight with the offer of a trundle bed that took over 30 minutes to organise. Extremely disruptive to our night. We were offered no compensation other than a room change which I had to request.

Liked: A brilliant hotel with a historic building. The dinning experience was great.
Disliked: the hot water system isn’t good, bathroom isn’t up to a 5 star hotel standard
