Liked: Loved the location and our balcony was amazing!
Disliked: The spa was a disappointment- weird setup, hard to get to and a maze of elevators in the lower levels of the hotel. You have to make an appointment even to use the pool

Liked: The hotel is classy and views from the first floor terrace are beautiful. The rooms are exceptional and very comfortable. I stayed one night at another hotel in Marseille with friends during my stay and was very happy to return to the InterContinental for my last few days as it felt like luxury. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: I did not have time to go to the spa but if there had been an outdoor pool then I would have used it.

Perfect stay in Marseille

Liked: The hotel was grand and stately on top of the hill overlooking Marseiile. The room was quiet, spacious and so comfortable. Loved everything about this hotel. A real highlight.
Disliked: Our only mistake is we didn’t dine at the beautiful terrace. Our regret. The views looked amazing. We missed it!
