Liked: Great location with beautiful views of the city. The breakfast buffet was amazing!
Disliked: The dinner was quite expensive for what you get. While it was good it wasn’t outstanding but the price was quite high

Liked: Breakfast is just correct but service is terrible. They often forgot to bring what requested and every time no one is caring…you need to call for the attention. It’s a zero in a supposed five stars hotel.
Disliked: Check in terrible- no one is showing you the room or bringing the baggage. Breakfast service terrible- swimming pool ridiculous, Brasserie overpriced for just standard food- no amenities in the room- cleaning of the room just terrible. We had a shower and a bathtub but there are just fixed dispenser of shower gel in the shower which you can’t remove, how you are supposed to bath in the bathtub? Only with water? The room I payed for was a king room but the feeling was like being in a basement- very small windows - no light no air no balcony. A terrible experience. They didn’t change the sheets and the room was always smelling bad with the floor moquette really dirty. They never folded our pijamas and I always found them just tossed on a chair or on the table. Never ever experienced this in a five star. No refresh of the room in the evening. None of what is usual in any five stars in the whole universe. Except for the money…..

Disliked: Breakfast could be better and a few levels below the standard in Intercontinental hotels
