A very pleasant stay.

Liked: The location was a great setting. Shame we didn't have longer staying there as I would have liked to use the facilities more.
Disliked: Nothing really. It was all good.

Could have been better

Disliked: The valet service lost one of our bags which was retrieved by pure chance - caused us a lot of stress on first day of holiday and delayed our departure by two hours. The hotel management initially offered us a refund of our overnight parking charge which was not appreciated given the circumstances. After a few emails, they made a fair offer which we accepted.
