Superb

Liked: The staff from bellboy to concierge to reception team including cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and kind throughout our stay. Also, we were especially delighted by the room upgrade and access to club lounge.
Disliked: Nothing worth mentioning.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: We love IHG hotels. The room was spacious and I loved all the mirrors
Disliked: A bit far away from the main centre of Madrid & attractions so we got a taxi back as our legs had worn out.
