Very good

Liked: Staff were super helpful and nice.
Disliked: Costs for room vs location was high and also the breakfast was pretty expensive and it wasn’t anything special.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: We love IHG hotels. The room was spacious and I loved all the mirrors
Disliked: A bit far away from the main centre of Madrid & attractions so we got a taxi back as our legs had worn out.
