Very good

Liked: It was beautiful , spotless clean, the bed was so comfy and the bathroom was luxurious.
Disliked: It says dog friendly , but won’t allow dogs in bar , restaurant , told us to go to terrace but would not serve drinks there meaning we had to take the dog out in the heat to find somewhere to sit and have a drink

Great hotel. Some front-desk service...

Liked: Terrific location. Great access to Lyon. The hotel complex is a destination on its own-shops, restaurants, everything you might want in a beautiful setting. Overall the hotel is well managed, and the service commitment seems high.
Disliked: Check-in was surprisingly slow, and dysfunctional. Training might be needed for the front staff. $150.00 per night security deposit for the mini-bar seems way out of character for a high-end hotel with the InterContinental brand.
