Such a lovely area and...

Liked: So luxurious, they have everything you need nearby! It is literally perfect! Really short way to metro!
Disliked: They didn’t have Chromecast, but another streaming device. I couldn’t stream my whole stay.

Liked: They should inform customers that you have to pay a £100 deposit even after paying in full for your room and also still 20 days later waiting for a refund

Brilliant lux option for when...

Liked: It's a great option for staying when going to the O2! The hotels Mediterranean restaurant was also great (and much better than all the fast food joints in the O2). Also loved the views and the rooftop bar.
Disliked: My only issue is signposting and directions - especially from the train station. It's not clear that you can get to the hotel through the O2 and the first (small) sign takes the long way round past car parks and building sites (not great in the pouring rain!)

great location for the O2

Liked: The location for visiting the O2 is amazing. the staff were great.
Disliked: i had a pile of dried up contact lenses on my bedside table from a previous guest. Also, the towel was not clean. very not clean and stained.

Liked: It was all very good.

Very comfortable, luxurious stay

Liked: Fabulous location for O2 events. The bed was extremely comfortable. Good sized room with a view of the river. Fantastic bathroom , love the shower & the scent of the body wash. Nice touches like the nightlight & super quiet air con.
Disliked: Long queues for the lift after an event & our key card failed twice & we had to go down to reception again (& queue for the lifts again). Needs a smart TV with streaming / netflix / prime/ you tube access (you can mirror cast but it wasn't reliable).
