Disappointing

Disliked: The service and location were great, however on the second day an unauthorized charge wad made on our credit card that was used for the deposit for the hotel with an amount of 400 GBP and we had to immediately contact our bank and cancel our card as we thought it was fraudulent only to find out through the bank it was the hotel. When inquiring with the front desk no one seemed to understand what happened and each worker gave a different excuse and claimed the system sometimes glitches and charges the cards which is extremely concerning in my opinion. What bothered me the most was they didn’t seem apologetic and didn’t understand our frustration as they will reverse the charge. I definitely will not be staying here again.

Liked: Very nice place and friendly staff
Disliked: Unfortunately my room was next to some mechanical equipment outside that would him and vibrate the bed! Kept me up till 3am until I contact reception and they moved me to another room. It sounded like there were washing machines running above me. Kinda ruined my stay to be honest.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious! The room was very spacious and comfortable and staff was very kind.
Disliked: One of our bathrobes had a stain on it. The room could get very chilly when we came back in the evening.
