Liked: The location was very good. Close to restaurants and the shops and not far from the old town. The staff were great - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room was quite small and overlooking a narrow road/loading bay. The bathroom was very small and it was quite difficult to manoeuvre around and no where to put the toiletries.

Disliked: First, they scammed me in the room allocated to me, they gave me one small room and a bit bigger room and I paid for two exact same rooms. The rooms were really small compared to any intercontinental hotel I've ever stayed in, the only thing intercontinental about this hotel is the bryedo toiletries for use, nothing else, aside probably George on the first day, all the staff especially on the second day seemed like we were disturbing them. It's a hotel not worth the value I spent. I will never recommend it anyone I know. Also the room i paid for was to have a view into the court yard, but it seemed i was in a box, the room was blinded to everything. No introduction to the facilities being offered by the hotel. The stay was completely disappointing.

Disliked: the rooms had no air conditioning we had to move both rooms including kids the kids second room faced a wall outside the room was filthy where rubbish and debris had built up i had to escalate my issues to IHG in the US

Very Comfortable Stay

Liked: The hotel was very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and polite which I loved. Room was spacious. Location was excellent.
Disliked: I was hoping to get a twin bed and requested that at booking time as well as a follow-up message through the application to the property, but no response sadly. Besides that, all was excellent.
