Comfort and Luxury costs money....

Liked: The beds are fab but you expect that for the price you paying, breakfast again very good but again, for the price your paying you expect that. luxury costs money. this is an expensive hotel but you get what you pay for
Disliked: Just the cost is excessive. €400 for 1 night

Fabulous hotel in great location

Liked: We liked everything . Our room was enormous, with a very comfortable bed , lovely bathroom and full mini bar. The evening meal in the restaurant was terrific and the buffet breakfast was the best we have had anywhere .

OK has been better will...

Liked: It's a beautiful Hotel. Gorgeous location.
Disliked: Inattentive service. Not purposely but due to short staff. When service was provided it was exceptional. Food was underwhelming.

Disappointing service, definitely not 5...

Liked: The room itself was lovely and the hotel was nice and clean.
Disliked: The staff were not what you would expect for a 5 star hotel. At one point we came in and there were 5 staff members at the front desk and not one of them acknowledged that we were even there. The next day we got conflicting information about the breakfast and were almost charged for something that we were told at check in was included. Overall, I would not rate this as a 5 star hotel at all. I have been to much nicer properties which cost much less with much better service.
