Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was fabulous. The 3 course lunch deal was very good value too. Room was very comfortable and we slept very well.

Superb

Disliked: Their boxed breakfast was nothing near what you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber, it was quite disappointing. Their massages also weren’t as good as I had expected.

The shower not working ruined...

Disliked: The Shower was a disaster. I tried to email the hotel about this and no reply.

Very good

Liked: Great hotel in a great location. The young man cleaning our room on the 4th floor was really friendly and a credit to the hotel.
Disliked: The lobby restraunt and the breakfast room were understaffed by poorly trained servers. Getting g service was a struggle most of the time. It was understandable that they were under preassure on the Sunday morning of the match, but on the other 2 days there was no real excuse.

Disliked: On arrival there were two families arriving around the same time room keys given to the wrong people
