Perfect for what I was...

Liked: I liked that it was directly at the Cleveland Clinic where I had my appointments and easy to navigate the hospital from the hotel, without even having to go outside. Excellent breakfast service at the onsite restaurant, fast, good food and delivered with a smile.
Disliked: Room service forgot to bring a spoon for the soup I ordered and also brought the wrong soup - I ordered mushroom and they brought chicken noodle and when I phoned down they said they had run out of mushroom go gave me that, without asking me - I suggested the tomato soup was a better vegetarian option and they brought that up and did not charge me for any soup.

A honeymoon suite for my...

Liked: One of the best hotels I have ever stay at in my life. Reminded me of billeting . Just like the military but luxurious. Customers are well taken care of.

I would highly recommend and...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and kind. Very clean. The attachment and walkway to the hospital provides a close convenience when loved ones are there and you are not able to stay with them.
Disliked: No complaints.

Great stay

Liked: Proximity to Cleveland Clinic. Good valet parking. Good restaurants.
Disliked: I think the rooms would have felt more cozy if they were painted in a neutral color. The white paint is so cold.
