Disliked: Price gouging of your valued customers by big profitable corporations is such an unpleasant thing to do. Especially for patients at the Clinic. I I was naive and unfamiliar with the area so I paid it. But that room simply wasn’t worth the ridiculous price of $488/night. Because of that, I’ll take my business elsewhere and then do a taxi for my Clinic visits.

Liked: The location (connection by Skywalk to Cleveland Hospital). The staffs. Hotel and restaurant staffs. All were the best and so much warmth, care, concern and love. The cleanliness, the overall ambience, the space, the air, light. Everything was perfect. We cannot think of any other hotel to recommend to our friends as well as our future trips. Special thanks for Ms. Samantha for her support during our stay. Not limited to her, but also everyone else as well, whom I do not remember their names. Big thanks to all.
Disliked: All were perfect. Breakfast could have been having slightly more variation. We felt since we stayed there for long period.
