We stayed in the hotel for a concert that we were attending later that night. The service from the valet to the bartenders was outstanding. I will be back!

Elegant and reasonably priced!

Liked: I was feeling cranky from my travels, but when I realized there were Byredo "Bal d'Afrique" toiletries, I was amazed--few hotels have toiletries based on a major fragrance. And they did smell great! Other pluses were just the sheer size and elegance of the room and all its furnishings, and having a deep soaking tub separately from the walk in shower. I learned the next morning that it is about a 10 minute walk to a very fancy mall, with Louis Vuitton, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, etc--big city shopping options! And yet it's also a 5 minute walk to the "Marta" public transport stop. When I was in a rush to my next flight, I couldn't take the time for a cab in rush hour, and got to the airport 25 minutes on the Marta.
Disliked: When I first tried to use my key card in the elevator, it didn't work. A kind staff member suggested using the key reader on the other side of the elevator door, and sure enough, that did work. But I am not sure the first key reader got fixed--I tried it again the next morning and it still didn't work. The other thing was just that on my first evening, the restaurant was closed for a special event.

Liked: Room was exceptional and the entire hotel was decorated beautifully. All staff members were friendly, accomodating and always helpful.
