Great hotel to stay

Liked: Exceptionally well located, very near South Station,just as we needed.
Disliked: Restaurant was closed on a Sunday night. Just the pub was open and the food was far from good.

Hotel check-in service needs to...

Disliked: I was at the hotel to attend a conference and the charges of my room were to be paid by the conference hosts. Reception asked me to pay because they were unable to see comments in the system. I had a long flight and allowed them to charge my card. However, they charged it twice and then apologized as they checked-in some one else instead of me and then they called their manager for support who apologized again, reversed the payment and asked me to pay once again the incidental charges. Very disappointing service especially for someone who has travelled from a far.

Staff went over and above...

Liked: Room not ready when we arrived but we were given a late, 4:00 p.m. check out. The room and facilities were lovely, clean and the service was over and above! Overall, a great experience!
Disliked: Paying $55 per day to leave car in garage. I understand why, just thought that, for price of room, parking should be included.
