Liked: As every time I stay at this hotel, all expectations have been met. Everything is at an impeccable level.

Disappointing

Liked: Very polite and friendly staff at breakfast.
Disliked: The safe box broke - twice. The room service is terrible. The cleaning service does not come on time. The check-in upon arrival takes a very long time and still makes mistakes. For a long time I could not understand why I could not log in to the site using my last name and room number. It turns out that they can write your last name incorrectly at the check-in. And yes, the pool inside is for an additional fee, I have never seen anything like that.

Liked: It's probably got the biggest rooms in Barcelona. Good location, good decor, and helpful staff.
Disliked: The breakfast was super cold. And some issues with in room dining food. Basically, they could do with improving the food quality.

Disliked: The pool which was supposed to be heated on the rooftop was cold and unheated. We only booked this hotel because of the warm rooftop pool so it was the major disappointment. Our super expensive suite which we booked because of the view over Barcelona according to booking.com pictures didn’t have any view apart from the wall of the opposite building. Was also extremely noisy
