Set in a monumental building on the banks of the Amstel River Intercontinental Amstel has a Mediterranean restaurant with a terrace. What a classic hotel should...

Liked: Loved the views & the staff. Most of the food was very good, they do some of the best fries in Amsterdam! Staff go above and beyond, always kind and friendly.
