Exceptional

Superb

Place needs work

Liked: Nice breakfast, friendly restaurant staff, nice terraces with view of the river, nice bar, nice large pool, nice spa area, many tv stations, chromecast
Disliked: Jets in jacuzzi worked in a haphazard way, air conditioning in room did not work, mould in the shower, decrepit windows, chipped furniture, clioset door didn't stay open, leaking tap in bathroom, bar closed early

Disliked: no phone charger in room

Very old school hotel which...

Liked: Breakfast was beautiful and the Riverview from my room was beautiful as well
Disliked: It was a really nice place. I thought slightly overpriced but it was a nice experience staff with perfect. X

Relaxing and luxurious

Liked: Glorious place, great spa, beautiful bathrooms, good breakfast, friendly staff
Disliked: A few niggles:-very slightly understaffed?-steam bath in the spa needs some essential oils or maintenance?-power points should be on both sides of the bed?-mixup with our bag when we arrived, 20 minute wait for it to be brought up?-inclusive breakfasts should be available to be brought to the room for a tray charge?

We had a great stay...

Liked: Friendly staff and excellent service.
Disliked: The Chromecast service in the room did not work, but this was true for the whole hotel due to a problem with the service provider.

Very good

Liked: It was a nice day, clean comfortable room, good area, we only face a problem with the sink. The room has a very nice view The lady on the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and showed us a city map. It was very helpful
Disliked: 1. The sink problem was annoying.2. Ticket affording. they told us they can book us tickets for a museum. we asked and reminded them many times but they didn't. it was a little bit sad because we depended on what they say. 3. Yes it was nice stay but the overall price was a bit high considering 2 nights + a winter season wasn’t crowded with tourists.
