Liked: We enjoyed all services and facilities. Breakfast was wonderful and our room was upgraded to river facing which was super kind. The conceirge located a SUP company in Winter and got us in touch with the owner.

Liked: The hotel was perfect for us, location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, could not fault it. Our room was very nice, clean and had everything that we needed, view was great also. Highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn’t like about our accommodation, it was perfect.

Great location & staff

Liked: This is a great hotel. The staff were the real highlight for me: every single one I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. The place seems to be managed well because they were all very happy! The room was quiet and spacious, and the location is superb: set back from the road but still a short walk to everything. The gym is also outstanding compared to what you usually find in hotels. Highly recommended!
Disliked: While the room service was prompt and always delivered with a smile, the food itself was overpriced and not always very filling or tasty.
