Disliked: We were meant to stay here but they were closed due to a water issue. The problem is that we got no notification of this, despite them saying we should have received a message. Neither the hotel nor Booking.com told us about the problem. We were then faced with trying to find alternative accommodation.

Best as an uncomplicated option...

Liked: The location is ideal for people using the train. Very close to the central business district of Ulm. Front desk were friendly and helpful. Vending machine on the ground floor.
Disliked: Temperature of room was too warm. Room was relatively small for two adults and one young child. Only one chair. Understanding that the hotel is centrally-located, noise from the street too loud even with the windows closed. The shower was decent and a good size, but the floor needed further cleaning.
