Disliked: The air conditioning was sufficient at all. Very warm room. No fans available. Reception advised me several people had complained. Very unfortunate as I booked this hotel as AC was noted online.I won't be returning

Wouldn't stay there again.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Most things didn't work. In my room the safe didn't work, the lamp didn't work, the shower head was broken and the air conditioning was very weak. They will only clean your room or change your towels if you stay for 5 days or longer, but to be fair, when I asked the receptionist for a clean towel, she handed me one without any problem.

Helpful staff

Liked: Staff available 24 hours even when I had forgotten my toothbrush, they had a solution
Disliked: Queuing for ages to check in made me late for my appointment
