thinking the room is overcharged

Liked: 1) Staff Particularly Ms.Lawra was very good/attentive and cooperative and appriciate her. Other people could not meet and hence can not provide the opinion.2) Room was good and clean.
Disliked: 1) The room should have the TEA/coffee maker after charging so high.2) WiFi not used as it was open network and not secure3) Layer - Did not understand the question so not answered

Comfortable and quiet

Liked: Love that hotel. It's so quiet, despite being at a very busy road. Very comfortable beds and no noise from other rooms.

amazing staff, great room, awful...

Liked: my room was fine, breakfast was very poor and the restaurant was honestly the worst I've ever experienced, sorry.
