Disliked: Air conditioner wasnt workin.The bath walls are made of glass, in the night if anyone goes to the bathroom it woke me up. Tha lobby smelled rally bad.

Liked: The location. Neat room and toilet.
Disliked: Coffee and milk sachets were not kept in spite of me repeatedly asking them. No toiletries kept for the amount paid and being 4 star category hotel. They clean only once the room for every three days. Smelling toilet like in the bar area near reception.

Liked: location, vleaness
Disliked: staff was not friendly and making mistakes. At check-in they said I didn't have a reservation and they seem to have swapped my first and last name and then found my reservation. At checkout I couldn't get an invoice and they where looking at another's guest account. So I had to enter discussions with a very rigid employee at the start of the day because they didn't do their work right.

One night drive through Germany...

Liked: The location was perfect to stay out of too much "craziness" by car on the roads. The parking building is attached to the hotel, however quite expensive.The room was super clean and quiet, could get a very good sleep. Also very close in walking distance to the "Hauptbahnhof", that is not only a train station, but a huge shppping facility, that leads right to the old town part of the city, where we could see cute and historical buildings.The reception was very helpful, polite and spoke english very well.
Disliked: The bathroom in the room. It has glass walls. However there is a "can not see through" sticker on it, but still, makes it kinda uncomfortable when travelling and sharing room with family members, like parents or siblings as an adult.Otherwise the bathroom was perfectly equipped and super clean.

Liked: The hotel is located right Hauptbahnof; super easy to get to the city centre from there. The hotel room was super comfy, clean. Great staff as well.
