Liked: The room was in the 10 floor with great view the room was very Nice clean the bed is very confortable if I go back to hannovre i will not hesitate to book there.
Disliked: The area of the hotel is not secure at nightThe breakfast with 19 euro is not really rich

Perfect and highly recommended

Liked: Central , clean , perfect in everything . What I really liked was the view each morning and evening from the room. Also the check out time was the best thing especially if you went out and had to sleep long before checking out . Loved it .

Double charge. A month later...

Liked: The actual hotel and room were fine.
Disliked: They charged me twice at check-in. They insisted this is normal in Germany.. it is not. It's been almost a month and I did not get it back. They say it's been released and it depends on my bank while Revolut says it was not. When I was there they've said it will take 1-2 days. I shouldn't be dealing with this a month later.

Liked: Great location. Good breakfast. Clean room. Wonderful service at reception, especially considering that we checked in at midnight.
Disliked: We were so disappointed that the cleaning services opened our door twice in one morning before we had checked out. The room had no sign that we could put outside the door. When I went through the reviews, this was a common complaint. I’m not sure why it hasn’t been addressed.
