Disliked: The staff are not friendly. There was a hazard and accident happened when the cover of electricity board fell on my partner's foot and his toe was bruising so bad.

Tidy and Clean although I...

Liked: Location was central and close to Trains, Restaurants and the Airport. The rooms were clean and bed firm but comfortable. The breakfast was good, although no Barista coffee, Machine or Peculator only.
Disliked: There was no Iron or Ironing board in the room and you needed to go to the ground floor to use the 3 ironing boards set up in a public facing room to complete your ironing, The Irons were in poor condition, with cords anchoring them to the Ironing boards. Additionally the shower had average pressure, the towels were paper thin and you had to ask to get fresh towels and your room made up.
