Terrible experience, with the most...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Terrible, unfriendly staff, especially the older lady on Friday evening. Said she doesn’t care what is written in booking, that they have their own system, let us reserve a room for 3, only gave us one queen bed, refused to give is sheets for the couch. The bathroom was dirty. The breakfast wasn’t good, with hardly anything to choose from.

One night in Hamburg

Liked: huge room at floor 4, nice equipped and friendly staff. directly access to s1, u3 and many busses. many restaurants nearby. approx. 15min with public transport to city center

Convenience without any problems

Liked: Finally a hotel where everything works, no service failures, no noise or cleaning ladies waking you up in the morning. Nice staff, clean hotel rooms, good location.
