Several issues due to lack...

Liked: The breakfast
Disliked: The hotel do not have triple rooms. I did the reservation from Booking for 2 adults and one kid and nobody. It is the hotel or Booking, alert me about this issue and we had to slept all in one bed.Furthermore, at the time of check in nobody inform us about the cleaning of the room under request and the room was not done for this reason, It should be clearly informes at the time of check in and also on the room.

Liked: Airconditioned room, spacious, quiet, comfortable. Convenient location with several restaurants and cafes, a nice museum and access to public transport.
Disliked: Nothing

Good but could be better

Liked: The hotel is not centrally located but it is close to the metro/bus station and is easily reachable. Comfortable bed. A free taxi from the airport was a real bonus. Free transport ticket for Hamburg and surroundings but could have been more transparent that this service was available to the guests.
Disliked: The room was small. The cleaning is not very detailed. The shampoos and soaps were empty when we arrived. Had to ask twice to be refilled.

Liked: location is nice... hotel room was clean, and my room was great... so regarding that all fine...
Disliked: personal is ok but they dont say hello every time. i am oldschool so i like to say hello.For internet there should be free option instead of some member registration...it is not that reward program is available all round europe.
