Great hotel due to location...

Liked: Great location and good collaboration with a close by gym. Great restaurants in walking distance. The rooms have been very comfortable, clean and cozy.

Liked: Staff very bad not help we asked for water to take medicine they said we don’t have . When i arrived they gave me wrong room card , i enter the room someone inside was sleeping, one of the bad experiences in hotel in all my life and this is first time i visited Germany, very bad hotel management

Liked: Very central, everything like grocery stores, post office, kiosks, bakeries etc. is reachable within 2-3 minutes. The staff was very competent and handled the invoice already on check in, which saved me A LOT of time, which every other hotel failed. Breakfast was excellent, too.

Liked: Friendly and helpful reception staff as usual. Able to check in a bit earlier than check in time and I was given a room wis window to the courtyard ( request by myself in advance). Room great, location great and check out quick and without any issues. Again a pleasant stay
Disliked: Nothing I can think of
