A disaster

Liked: The staff only
Disliked: Everything they say that comes with the hotel is all made up here on booking cz the hotel doesn’t have any other facilities whatsoever and don’t get me started on the bed 🥲 they were as hard as a wooden floor my back is killing me till now . The mini bar (fridge) was broken with nothing inside too and the AC wasn’t working as well and then we complained to the receptionist about it and they moved us to a different room which is why I liked the staff cz they were so nice about it and the new room they gave us was not carpeted the phone didn’t work too and the bed was still the same problem and the wifi there is weak and sometimes just stop working all together for minutes.

Convenient and comfortable

Liked: It was centrally located - handy for the station, reasonably priced and the beds gave me an excellent nights sleep. Although my room overlooked the platforms of the station had three very peaceful night’s sleep.
Disliked: It felt a bit tired. Although I used the automated check in it struggled to accept my card. Also had a few questions problems with the door key which didn’t always respond.

Liked: The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel was good value for price paid.

Passable

Liked: Convenient to Altona station with local and intercity services to a wide variety of destination. Also direct connection to/from Hamburg airport. Room small but reasonably well appointed. Good size bathroom. In-room safe and a bottle of complimentary water.
Disliked: Breakfast at almost €20 seems overpriced.Guest rooms not serviced on a daily basis, which for a hotel charging well over €100/night is unacceptable. It would appear that one has to request this at check-in, but I was not advised of same.Tea & coffee making facilities advertised on the hotel's website not provided. In-room fridge did not work.The lobby bar's opening hours were abysmal - Sunday to Thursday it closed at 4 p.m., while on Fridays and Saturdays closing time was extended to 8 p.m! Again, for a hotel in this price range somewhere to relax and enjoy refreshing drin after a day sightseeing would seem to be a must. Especially given the lack of in-room facilities
