Liked: Location was great, bed was comfortable, hotel was clean and safe.
Disliked: Didn't realise a twin bed was two separate beds.

Great location across from main...

Liked: This is my second time staying here. It’s ideal for when you have to take an early flight via Frankfurt Airport. The station is right across the hotel and you’re just a short train ride away from the airport. Clean and fair price for one night.

Great Location, But Severely Let...

Liked: This hotel boasts a couple of significant advantages: its prime location directly opposite the station is incredibly convenient, and they kindly allowed us to check in around 1 PM, two hours earlier than the official 3 PM check-in time. Unfortunately, these were the only positive aspects of our stay

Unfortunately, these were the only positive aspects of our stay.Our experience was overwhelmingly negative, primarily due to shocking lapses in housekeeping and maintenance. The hotel has a policy where you must inform reception by the previous evening if you want your room cleaned. We followed this procedure, yet our room was still not cleaned. When we reminded them the next day, we were assured someone would be sent, but this promise was broken – no one ever came. This suggests either dishonesty from the reception staff or a severe level of incompetence among both reception and housekeeping.The issues didn't stop there. The shampoo stand in the bathroom broke the moment we entered. We reported this to reception, and they stated it would be fixed during housekeeping the next day – which, as mentioned, never happened. Consequently, the broken stand remained unfixed for our entire stay. Bizarrely, the sink had shampoo provided instead of handwash, a basic oversight.Furthermore, the general condition of the room was poor. The carpets were visibly dirty, and all the bathroom fixtures were very old and tired-looking. To add to the discomfort, the bed was small, and only two pillows were provided.In summary, despite the excellent location and the convenience of an early check-in, the appalling lack of cleaning, broken promises from staff, and the poor condition of the room made this a deeply unsatisfactory experience. We cannot recommend this hotel

Looks great but disappointing.

Liked: There was a large bed. The staff were superb let down only by the hotel
Disliked: The hotel is now typical of looks over practicality.The air conditioning did not cool the room, the room was too hot to sleep.One small complimentary bottle of water for two people with only one glass.Restaurant closed.No kettle in room.

Recommended for a short stay...

Liked: The bed, blanket and pillows are really comfy. I didn't feel very well when I arrived, but I got a very good night sleep. There is also a direct entrance to the Station in front of the hotel. And I felt quite safe here compare to the other side of the station
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Close to the main station.
Disliked: On check out date cleaning started to chase us out of the room from 08:15 AM onwards (2 times). They even opened the door after 1 knock immediately and woke us up.
