Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. I will surely visit again.

Liked: The location was great, right across the road from the station and a short walk to the shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Nothing to note really. Just a little noisy outside in the early hours one of the nights

Good location, poor breakfast

Liked: The location was good, in front of the Central railway station (Hbf), it was 5 minutes walking from the Old market square and the rest of sightseeings in the city center.
Disliked: I had a planned trip during one day of my staying. The day before in the morning I asked for a “lunch pack” to take with me for the next day at 5:30 am as my bus was leaving at 6:00 am and I was not able to have a breakfast at the hotel. The day before they told me that’s ok, but in fact I came to reception at 5:45 am and nothing was prepared and ready for me. So I left without any snacks. That was so disappointing.For a 4 star hotel the breakfast was so poor, no cold fish, lack of fresh fruits

Liked: It was located in the city centre so easy walking access to food outlets and other stores. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There needs to be information on how to get to the hotel car parking when making a booking. It wasn't on the booking confirmation print out. The hotel address isn't where you need to go to the hotel car parking entrance. Essentially it is a side street and you need to drive across the pedestrian mall to get to the entrance.
