Disappointing Communication

Liked: The hotel was ok, not great, not terrible.
Disliked: The staff. I was asking for the invoice since al least one week every day, and either they did not answer or they just ignored me. I thought that the invoice is a legal document that you can ask, but apparently, not on this property.

Liked: A room we can sleep.
Disliked: No free breakfast. No free shuttle service from and to the airport. Check-in time took longer with only one staff helping. This hotel location is not closer from the airport, it costs me to call Uber for the expensive Euro 23 dollars to the hotel and another transport cost to the airport to sum up my one night stay hotel cost. I don't this transport cost before booking it. I would stay in another hotel in the airport for a little more price for saving the headache and time.I asked the hotel to check out if they provide the shuttle service one day before the arrival, but they never answer my question. I don't recommend this for the overnight stay for lacking the shuttle service.
