Disliked: I have mobility issues and asked for a room with easy access. I arrived to find my room was on the 4th floor and the lift was out of order. I had arrived late at night and wanted to drop my bag and see if I could find something to eat. Once I got to my room I was in so much pain from the climb I could not leave again. Miserable.
