Liked: About 5 minutes walk from the train station
Disliked: I arrived at around 2pm, with still an hour before check-in time. The front desk staff's advice was "If you need to check in early, please pay 20 euros", which was a bit inhumane.I was going to have lunch so I didn't need to check in early. However, when I returned at around 3pm, the front desk was replaced by a male employee. He was busy so he asked me to wait on the side (without any polite language). After waiting for a few minutes, I asked when I could check in. He said he didn't know how long it would take. He indicated that there were two gentlemen who needed to be dealt with. Ten minutes later, he came back and still left me alone and went back to the internal office. I waited for a few minutes and rang the bell. He came out and said that the system was down and he couldn't arrange for me to check in now, so I had to wait. Finally, he checked me in with his mobile device. I didn't feel the apology and smiling face that I should have for making guests wait. Finally, the wifi was broken during the whole stay, and no one showed any concern for this matter...

Location is convenient for visiting...

Liked: Familieroom was small but clean and very practical. Good beds and nice shower.
Disliked: Breakfast was very poor, at 8.30h there was "nothing" left, tables were not cleaned.There was no wifi in the hotel. (It was broken, they said)

Liked: Stayed at this hotel as there was a review about bike storage. We arrived on bikes and the team were super helpful and accommodating. Great location and nice stay.

Liked: Close to the rail station and public transport. Shopping centre and restaurants nearby (one block over). Great breakfast choices.
Disliked: The room was comfortable but very snug
