Liked: Room was lovely. Had a table and chairs in a bay window for us to organise our travels. Can walk to restaurants. Breakfast was amazing. Owners went above and beyond. Xxoo

Staying here was the perfect...

Liked: Beautiful old house in a lovely location. Our room was comfortable and clean. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. We were able to walk down into Instow (10 mins) to the Instow Arms for some excellent food. There was a bus stop very near where we caught the bus to Barnstaple. Highly recommend. The property is up a hill if you're walking.

Liked: Amazing breakfast and really interesting, friendly hosts. The family of gorgeous Labrador’s were an added bonus!

Superb accommodation in a pretty...

Liked: The best thing about this beautifully appointed former rectory was the warm welcome we received from Caroline and Colin who went out of their way to make sure our afternoon and night in Instow was a pleasant one.

Liked: Fabulous comfortable room, gorgeous property and location, great breakfast, Caroline was a perfect host… 10 minutes walk away from beach and restaurants……

Recommend

Liked: I stayed at Instow Barton for two nights with my mother and we really enjoyed our time there. It is set in a peaceful location above the village of Instow by the church. We received a warm welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Especially good was the breakfast which was varied, generous and delicious. I understood there was a trained chef in the family and you could tell! I would recommend a stay here to anyone.
Disliked: Everything was ideal.
