Overall, I’d definitely stay here...

Liked: I had a lovely stay at Inntel Hotel. The staff were really friendly and check-in was quick and easy. My room was massive, spotless, and had an incredible view overlooking the train station. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the canals.
Disliked: I tried the breakfast one morning, and while it was nice, it felt a bit pricey so I didn’t have it again.

Very expensive for missing swimming...

Liked: Die Lage war perfekt
Disliked: It was Not Clearly mentioned in the Description that it is actually Not 20€ to park but 38€ and the parking does Not belong to the Hotel Building.Unfortunately it was Not mentioned that the swimming Pool was closed because of repair / construction work otherwise we would have Not paid 150€ for the Hotel Room!

Rude staff and noisy rooms

Liked: Central location right next to the central station.
Disliked: Male staff was rude during check-in. There is no air-conditioning. Couldn’t sleep all night because it is very noisy due to the hotel behind right next to the train station.

Very good

Liked: modern and clean hotel in the centre of Utrecht.
Disliked: Getting to the hotel by car is hell and parking must be via P4. parking at HC station complex. There is a sign outside the hotel that says visitors can reach the outside door of the hotel but it's really a cycle lane and hard to find and use. The parking section of the booking.com needs improvement.
