Inappropriate Staff Behavior

Disliked: I came to pick up my elderly parents from the hotel during a period of heavy rain. I requested that the gate be opened to allow me to drive closer for their comfort and safety. While the gate was eventually opened, the staff member involved made an inappropriate and unprofessional remark, stating that I "should be grateful" they did so whereas I'm paying for this stay which is supposed to be a "good" hotel for 10 days.I dont know who the staff name was but it happened on 7 June 2025 at 10.30am.

Liked: Great spa area and large comfy bed

Liked: Very tasty breakfast, all was fresh and tasted good.
Disliked: There was a bit dusty floor in the room. A young miss at the reception desk was not very helpful - was not able to issue us the invoice and it took a lot of time despite that fact that we had announced the day before that we were going to need the invoice to be issued in the name of our company, not on behalf of me personally. In the end we came late for a meeting because of this.

We expected a large superior...

Disliked: Paid £££ for a ‘superior’ room but allocated a room with very old shower room , no bath , child bedroom not separate from adult. Absolutely no cost benefit over cheaper rooms.
