Liked: Location is perfect, nice pool on the roof and very friendly staff. Good beds, quiet. Will definitely return.
Disliked: The drinks / service at the pool/rooftop bar was extremely slow (and not many customers)

Nice but laundry charge put...
Liked: Location, roof top pool bar, clean and tidy and modern
Disliked: Our fault but didn’t read the laundry charges properly as in Spanish and was charged 100 euros for 2 shopping bags of washing. That, to me, is SUPER expensive. Wish I would have known………Admin said nothing they could do….

Zaragoza is a great destination...
Liked: great hotel and location. the road works did not cause us any problems . the staff are very helpful.
Disliked: when we arrived the downstairs bar was booked out for a private event. on another day the roof pool and bar were booked out for another event so unavailable . a bit unfair if you are a guest expecting to use these facilities.

Nice but with the building...
Liked: Very good location, near the centre of the town. Plenty of restaurants nearby.Big rooms, and powerful shower
Disliked: The road in front is closed for quite sometimes it seems and it will be for months still. The front of the hotel is with scaffolding and while we were there, scaffoldings are being added on another side of the building where the hotel is at. The noise is constant specially when the windows are open

Nice hotel when fully functional...
Liked: Nice location and clean modern facilities
Disliked: Advertised as “additional charges may apply for pets” I was hit with a 40 Euro fee for the dog on arrival. When queried I was rudely told “if it’s too much you can choose to stay or leave” by the receptionist. No mention of roadworks directly outside the hotel and the rooftop pool / bar area was not available for the whole stay due to a private function. No consideration for paying guests. Will not stay here again I feel ripped off.
