really friendly staff, free parking...

Liked: beautiful modern hotel with exceptional rooms. location is right by the river, which upon check in i was upgraded to a river view room.Without question the best hotel i have stayed in for work (and i travel a lot)
Disliked: nothing, whole experience was great

Very good

Liked: It was a comfortable, clean room, with a quiet atmosphere. The staff were friendly & helpful.
Disliked: The parking situation isn't great, as paying for parking either at the hotel or elsewhere adds on considerably more expense to the trip. The breakfast was good but quite overpriced.Unfortunately there's no window in the room.

Enjoyed our stay very much...

Liked: The breakfast was very nice in lovely surroundings, staff very helpful and friendly
Disliked: Parking. When we arrived although we were aware that parking could not be reserved there were spaces left in the car park but there was a board saying Car Park full

Liked: Perfect location, we have stayed in these properties in liverpool and Newcastle now and would 100% book again. Clean, good size rooms, massive beds. Perfect
