Lovely, we will stay again...

Liked: Good location, very functional, airy entrance and restaurant, dog friendly
Disliked: They wouldn’t give us the advertised food discount as reception hadn’t given us a card - it was advertised as a guest food discount not a convoluted trick that required the magic piece of paper.

Disliked: Car park was not full, but arrived to be told no spaces available.

Stylish and comfortable retreat in...

Liked: Despite being a chain, the hotel gave you a real sense of bring in Newcastle, as well as having an excellent location by the river. Rooms were quiet, spacious and comfortable, with great views. Members of staff were friendly, helpful, professional and quietly efficient. The bar was excellent, and meeting Gino da Campo, up to coach his team on the new menu, was an unexpected highlight.
Disliked: Not really a fan of the unisex loo in Reception, but that is a very minor detail.other than that, impossible to find fault. Well done everyone.

Decent stay

Liked: It had a nice view overlooking the river Tyne. It had incredible breakfast and food. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It even had a gym. My son wanted to go every day.Overall good stay.
Disliked: It was quite pricey and the location was right next to a big pub.
