Adequate when you find it

Liked: Generally comfortable, good room, nice bar and breakfast. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: A little difficult to find in a business park with poor signage. A bit of a pain to get to by public transport with baggage. The air conditioning couldn't cope with the heat so it was very warm in the room.

Tired business hotel

Liked: Breakfast was a good selection, beds comfortable
Disliked: Carpet dirty in room, we ended up with a twin room instead of double, the bathroom was open plan, which was strange. Staff seemed confused at times, lone bar staff really slow and seemed overwhelmed.

It was okay, but nothing...

Liked: Spacious, bright room, cozy bed, good pillows. Decent sauna area. Overall, a fairly comfortable place. There’s paid parking offered by the hotel and free parking just nearby.
Disliked: We had to wait a long time to check in because there was only one person working at the reception. The bathroom and sink were very old, with visible mold, and the room wasn’t properly cleaned. We had paid extra for a city view and expected to be on the tenth floor or higher, but were placed on the fifth. Technically, there was a view — but it was of the forest. You can’t really see much from the fifth floor. The fan in the gym wasn’t working either.

Decent for a short business...

Liked: We stayed one night and unfortunately, the standard guestrooms are not worth the money – they’re worn down, not properly cleaned, with stained carpets and a dirty, empty minibar, despite advertising it as free. The staff, however, was very polite and helpful, and after showing photos of the first room, we were moved to a cleaner, more acceptable one – still with an empty minibar. For a short business trip, the hotel is fine, but avoid the old guestrooms and book one of the newer Meliá rooms instead.
