It’s great!

Liked: Comfy bed, spacious room and a v good bathroom (particularly liked the magnification of the shaving mirror). We also really appreciated that we got an early check-in on the day of our arrival (after a long flight from Hong Kong).
Disliked: It’s not v close to the city attractions; but it’s v close to public transport modes.

One of the best in...

Liked: Great location, close to the main train station and metro. The staff were very friendly and the coffee was fantastic. The room was quite big and very clean.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great.

Superb

Liked: Room was roomy with windows overlooking the city. Convenient location to trains for excursions outside Milan, and the Metro to get around Milan.
Disliked: Lunch at the restaurant was the worst meal ever. Breakfast was adequate with lukewarm coffee from the machine.
