Staff super friendly, beautiful clean...

Liked: Staff were so welcoming on arrival, couldn’t fault them, nothing was too much trouble. Room had everything we needed including a free non-alcoholic mini bar (lovely touch). Very comfy bed and everything was very clean. The added addition of having Gino’s Italian restaurant and sky bar on site was fantastic. After a long drive to Liverpool it was lovely to be able to have dinner on site and then relax in the sky bar watching the sunset afterwards. Highly recommend doing both. Hotel is in a great location, close to the docks and a 10minute walk to city centre, NCP capital carpark is just around the corner. Lots of little cafes and restaurants around too. We look forward to coming back to Liverpool soon and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again. 10/10 from us.

Nice but overpriced

Liked: My request for a high room for a better view was delivered on and balloons were in the room as I had mentioned it was my partners birthday, that was thoughtful. The room was clean but despite booking a large double we had separate beds pushed near each other, with separate bedding etc. the room was basic for the price paid.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff.

Liked: Everything was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: There were 3 very minor issues with the room which didn’t warrant anything more than a mention at check out. Our room didn’t have a view unfortunately.

Would def recommend

Liked: The hotel was very nice on arriving staff were friendly. Restaurant was lovely and food was soooo good. Sever was also very friendly and welcoming. We went for my birthday and so I was very pleased. Drinks in the bar upstairs also loved it all and service perfect. Would def recommend. Room was very nice and comfortable we wished we were staying longer.
Disliked: Had to park in ncp car park and got given code but it said we could pay online which was alot of hassle and no where to use the code so it cost us alot mroe than it should have which was disappointing on leaving after a nice stay.
