Liked: Good location - close to Ostbahnhof but quiet street, shop (REWE) around the corner. Some nice restaurants nearby.Parking is expensive but under the hotel.and easy to get to.Soft drinks in the room were complimentary and replenished every day. Rarity these days.Staff very helpful and friendly. We had reserved two rooms for us and they put us to twin room so we could interact directly Breakfast is good - everything is of a good standard.
Disliked: AC in one the room was only on cold, (night was still cold) we had to turn it off, the other room was fine.

Liked: The room is so spacious and comfortable. Great bed and pillows. Huge plus the location with the parking and the supermarkets, drugstore literally next to you. Also the free minibar was so cool.

Amazing!

Liked: We were offered a free mini bar which was nice, welcome refreshment at reception. Facilities were nice it was nice and comfortable. I would highly rate this hotel as it is in a great location for visiting Frankfurt city. The nearby shops are amazing. The only downside is they didn’t have smart TVs so couldn’t connect to YouTube.
Disliked: Didn’t have a smart TV

Liked: At the time I booked, the price made it good value. Also a nice touch with the minibar content being included in the price (at least if the price is resonable as was the case now). The hotel is modern and there are plenty of nice restaurants around it.
Disliked: The breakfast was perfectly OK, but perhaps not quite as varied as I had expected...and I missed some bacon

A modern, comfortable and exceptionally...

Liked: Our room was bright, spacious and exceptionally clean. Big comfortable bed, fantastic power shower and plenty of space for our belongings. The mini bar with the complimentary selection of local soft drinks, beers and water was a lovely touch. There was a steamer in the wardrobe which was very handy and robes & slippers were also provided. The reception staff were lovely - really welcoming and friendly. Check out time was 12 noon however we asked if we could leave our room at 1pm as our flight home wasn’t until later in the afternoon and reception were more than happy to arrange this for us. We had breakfast included in our booking - this was quite a basic offering in the restaurant but tasty enough. I would certainly stay here again and definitely recommend.
