Disliked: Beds and pillow need updating pool way too much chemicals

Liked: The room was fantastic the property had activities which were great for our family my grandkids looked forward to them asking daily what was next. The staff was fantastic! Overall would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The mattresses and pillows need updating the pool way too much chemicals.

gorgeous & simplistic.

Liked: We liked the views, all the amenities for the kids, our room was clean.
Disliked: The trash services/ dumpster trucks were really loud and early but this is a minimal complaint. It woke us up earlier than we would've liked but no big deal.

Disappointed in all our issues,...

Liked: The location is excellent.
Disliked: Had to move to a different building because ours was a fourth floor without an elevator. Limited buildings with multiple floors don’t have elevator’s. They moved us to bldg 3 and the elevator broke after our first trip up. Got to our room with half our stuff and the fireplace didn’t work. Maintenance repaired it. Switch for bedroom light didn’t work. Tv went to a different input setting every time you shut it off. Need toilet paper and was asked to hold off on using the bathroom till someone came in at 9, Got our toilet paper an 1 1/2 later. Who ask this of their guest? This front desk person, seemed to care less. We have stayed here several times and never had these kind of problems. They are either suffering financially or mismanaged now.
