The bright and contemporary suites at InnSeason Resorts Pollard Brook are furnished with a private balcony. The kitchen is complete with an oven, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Liked: The pools, and the hot tubs, basketball court
Disliked: The hot tubs were not hot enough, just warm.No easy way to exchange pool towels Chairs on the balcony are very worn

We love the property. This...

Liked: Love the condo, location, outdoor hot tub is nice. Movie theater, Music by the pool. Close to Price Chopper-groceries and many restaurants. We were hiking nearby.
Disliked: Love most everything. Movie choices during our stay weren’t great. Cookie sheets not great but brought foil. All other cooking essentials were clean. Overall great property. Would like it is the porch lights could go out. Too bright to see the gorgeous night sky. Gym is ok, has older equipment but most of what is needed.

Fix the HVAC!

Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: Stayed here twice within two months. The rooms are hot! Thermometer showed 80-82 degrees F. Staff said it’s normal and did nothing about it. We kept windows and slider open, a/c on.
