Stay there at your peril....

Disliked: When you book and pay for a double room and private bathroom, on arrival told sorry, they don’t have any rooms. They finally gave me two rooms, but sharing bathroom facilities with the entire floor. They refused to open dialogue about the fact they are lying to get people to book. I would never stay there again.

Liked: Hated the property, had to share a bathroom, refused to stay there
Disliked: Wouldn’t share a bathroom with other people

Overall, I will stay here...

Liked: Location very close to the Bill Graham civic about 4-5 mins walk, how clean/close the share bathrooms are, bed is comfortable, place is nice and quiet during our stay, and price is reasonable for a night.
Disliked: The sink in our room made a loud noise when turned on and the door won't close. I had to used force to shut the door behind me. No parking at this hotel. Had to park my car a block or 2 away. Parking at your own risk. Is a 20 dollar flat rate.

Bad experience, not worth it....

Disliked: Horrible experience. The floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty. Not sure when was the last time they were cleaned. Noise from outside could be heard in the room.

Pretty nice quiet and comfortable...

Liked: The location is pretty nice.
Disliked: Everything was pretty good.
