A good pub hotel

Liked: Rooms quite spacious and very hot water. Next to a lovely park. Staff were friendly and helpful although in a busy pub that is not always easy.
Disliked: The rooms probably need some renovation and the those by the road can be a bit noisy.

Good fun stay for all...

Liked: Nice old refurbished building, not sterile like modern hotels. Location relative to Norwich is ideal, and is right beside a nice waterway. Has a nice terraced outdoor garden area down to the waterway. Seemed to have plenty of parking, both right out front and its own carpark alongside. Very friendly manager and staff.
Disliked: The rental car's GPS couldn't locate the road it's on, kept trying to send us off to a village many miles to the east. Also, there's no signage on the building when approaching from the east, only a partially obscured sign on the western end. So the place was most difficult to find.

Liked: Very modern room, lovely, clean and spacious
Disliked: Room was a little cold and there was some road noise, but that died off as the evening got later

Lovely (but a bit loud)...

Liked: I enjoyed the interior of the room and the bathroom, eventhough it did start to fall apart around the edges. The Staff was always really nice and it was rather interesting to hear that we stayed in the room where Reggie Kray apparently died. (not so much into ghost stories but after showering there was something written on the mirror which none of us wrote...so either Reggie loved us or it hadn't been properly cleaned..let's just go with the first option..)
Disliked: absolutely hated the fact that we could hear the hoovering at 7 am, was not a pleasant sound to wake up to at that time of day on a weekend and the walls were quite thin as you could hear other people walking past every single time

Much pleasanter hotel and location...

Liked: Walk in shower was great. Room was small but had all we needed. View across the garden to the river was fabulous.
Disliked: Window wouldn't open - paintwork needed attention here and in bathroom too.

Acceptable but not overwhelmingly good.

Liked: Bed comfy. Room clean.
Disliked: Breakfast poor and not served with the cleanest/ nicest crockery/utensils. Shower leaked all over the floor.
