Location was perfect for train station and the bed was the comfiest hotel bed I have ever experienced! Stay at Innkeeper's Lodge Maidstone - friendly staff and clean.

Disliked: Guy in the room below snored like an express train!

Pleasant staff, good stay :)

Liked: The breakfast was just a fruit, breakfast bar and muffin in a bag as the usual breakfast options were not available due to Covid 19 however the staff were very accommodating and the location was good - very close to shops and less than 10 minute walk to the town centre.
Disliked: The floor in the room was slanted so the bed wasn?t completely level but this didn?t turn out to be a major issue.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything. Especially the staff. The food was excellent and not too badly priced for the type of hotel it was. The staff were brilliant. Very professional. They new how to deal with different clients. If clients wanted to be quiet and respected that?s exactly what they got. We like to have a bit of fun and banter and that?s exactly what we got. We will definitely be returning g and recommending this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing

Wonderful

Liked: Hotel was very accessible to the train station. We traveled by public transport. Spacious family room, we had a very comfortable night through it was just overnight. Diner was amazingly well executed last night. The menu has a wide selection of succulent dishes and amazing drinks. Staff are very attentive and friendly, making us at ease.
Disliked: Bit noisy at night due to proximity to the main road (double glazing windows would certainly help). But otherwise, we slept like babies. The loud closing door next to our bedroom (probably need some kind of quiet mechanism).

Pleasant

Liked: Good locations
Disliked: No storage such as draws or cupboards in the room or bathroom. Booked led us to believe a cooked breakfast was included in the price when actually it was continental, hot food was available at an extra cost. Very misleading & disappointing.
