Disliked: This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, blood on the towels, yellow stains on the shower walls. I didn't want to use the dirty mug in the room for coffee and when I went for the included breakfast I chose to leave and pick something up at a motorway service station.

My stay was great and...
Liked: Everything. The staff were great. the food was great.
Disliked: The fact that room 211 the shower drainage was poor. The water from the shower was coming in faster than it was draining away. It was reported to reception on Monday morning but still the same on Tuesday morning. I had to shower quickly to avoid an overspill.
